"E-learning Vs M-learning" "Tablets Vs Smart-phones" Dilemma any Reflection?

The war between E-learning & M-learning is going to begin 

While i'm surfing on the WEB2.0

i found that a new element called  MOBILE 2.0

 is taking place in our daily lives so while living in the new technology century i encounter one dilemma concerning the bridge between E-learning and M-learning 

 




1. Does M-learning start when E-learning comes to the end? 
2. E-learning doesn't feed our needs thus M-learning were born to fill the gap?
3. Is it true that we can say M-learning is an extension of E-learning? 
4. What is the word that describe precisely M-learning Mobility, Ubiquitous, Wearable or Pervasive? 
5. The duality between E-learning & M-learning is more aggressive nowadays while the case of Tablets vs Smart Phones is it true there is a kind of balance & equality between this two rivals or must we decide one precise side?   
6. Taking for instance the case of  Fatih Project in Turkey and  ischool initiative thus which one could we classify as M-learning and which one could we treat as E-learning or simply could we say both cases are E-learning or M-learning?
